By accessing or using AutoCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AutoCode provides a platform for user registration, license management, and access to automated coding tools. We offer different tiers of service with varying features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payments

We offer the following pricing plans:

• Free Tier: $0/month, 100 requests/day, basic features, 3 devices, community support
• Premium: $10/month, unlimited requests, all features, 10 devices, priority support
• Enterprise: Custom pricing, unlimited requests, all features + custom integrations, unlimited devices, dedicated support team, on-premises deployment option

Payments for paid tiers are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

5. Usage Limits

Usage limits vary by tier. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service suspension. The Free Tier is limited to 100 requests per day.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software generated by AutoCode is royalty-free. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the generated content and software without any additional fees or royalties. However, the AutoCode platform itself, including its user interface, algorithms, and underlying technology, remains the property of MaxSoft and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MaxSoft, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
